This semester, DFS will be producing 9 short films, marking the society’s largest season yet with 72 active members. The continued growth of the society reflects the passion, creativity, and collaboration of its members and executive team, all dedicated to supporting student filmmaking at Dalhousie.
The Fall 2025 Premiere will take place on Thursday, November 27th, at the Joseph Strug Concert Hall (Dalhousie Campus).
- Doors open: 7:00 PM
- Screenings: 7:30 – 9:00 PM
The evening will feature red carpet arrivals, photographers, and a showcase of all nine student films, followed by an opportunity to hear from the filmmakers, audience members, and the executive team. The celebration will continue with an exclusive private after-party for attendees.
